Job Description:
My client is looking for a mobile Fire Alarm engineer in and around the London area. The work will be mainly service and maintenance and commissioning tasks.
The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified and have or working towards their F.I.A Modules. Excellent client-facing skills, fault-finding, and commissioning. Fire Extinguisher experience/qualifications would be desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
*Servicing Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV Systems and Access Control.
*Commissioning of fire alarm systems in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
*Experience working on Advanced, C-Tec, and Kentec panels plus similar expertise in Texecom, Paxton, and Videcon/Hikvision would be desirable.
*To provide callout response for the client as per a callout rota.
*To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way that ensures customer satisfaction.
*Take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
*Ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents and records are maintained accurately.
*Compliance at all times with Company Policy & Health and Safety legislation.
