Your duties will include:

*Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
*Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
*Developing tailored recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
*Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
*Keeping up to date with industry trends and market developments
Requirements:
*Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the Mechanical & Electrical sector
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
*Excellent negotiation skills
*Self-motivated with a drive for success
