Job Description:
An exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Finance Analyst has arisen to join a highly reputable FMCG company based in London/Milton Keynes.
You would play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and financial performance across the supply chain operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with strong potential for career growth and progression.
Responsibilities:
*Acts as a business partner across multiple functions including site operations teams.
*Knowledgeable in finance management, able to review and report on balance sheet and P&L activity drivers to support key decision making processes.
*Analyses financial performance by taking large data sets to assess value/impact (multiple customer and product), is able to spot opportunities and communicate these to stakeholders who can influence and create value from information.
*Provide relevant financial insight on waste, material usage, yield, bill of material and labour utilisation.
*Uses data to spot trends, knows what to measure, recognises that the co-ordination and planning of data is important to meet timely reporting of information.
*Provide insight on trends and issues, within the weekly flash reporting, weekly site reporting and monthly reporting.
*Effectively communicates trade spend and how can be managed efficiently and effectively to key stakeholders.
*Timely Reporting and financial variance analysis.
*Recognises value of performance in how it impacts financials, builds flexible finance performance modelling to show opportunity across supply chain end to end.
Requirements:
*Part qualified/studying towards accountancy qualification - ACCA/ CIMA.
*Working on site with operations teams.
*Confident user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
