£30,000 - £35,000 PA + commission package
Fine & Country have immediate openings for Employed Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent to work the luxury housing market in South East London. We are looking for excellent people with experience in either Sales, Lettings or both, to specialise in areas that include Southwark, Greenwich & Blackheath, Dulwich, Beckenham & Crystal Palace and Peckham & Camberwell.
What You Do
Focusing solely on the upper quartile of the property market, you will offer each client a bespoke marketing strategy, using the local, national and international exposure offered to them within the Fine & Country network. You will work closely with each client from initial enquiry/contact through to when they handover the keys. You will market their home to gain maximum exposure, achieving them the highest possible price - following the Fine & Country Presentation, Exposure & Service proven strategy.

What We Do
We ensure you are trained and able to offer a world class service, with exceptional marketing to your vendors. You will be working from our prestigious new office in SE1 near London Bridge linking up with our network of over 300 locations across the world from Mayfair to Mauritius.
We will take you on the journey from being a valuer to a marketing consultant, offering a high value marketing strategy to the U/HNW’s in the area. You will have the training and support of both myself, who has spent the last ten years training agents how to maximise their penetration into the premium market, our Business Development Manager Gaven Swan and all the global team under F&C’s Managing Director Nicky Stevenson at head office in Mayfair.
Who Are We Looking For
An experienced Agent, who ideally has listed/let and sold/rented homes in some of the areas listed above. A strong business acumen, professionally presented and able to deal with U/HNW individuals - offering a bespoke service and bespoke marketing strategy.
