(Internal) Sales Executive
OTE £45k (uncapped) Basic Salary £25k - £35k dependent upon experience.

A disruptive, established Proptech startup with a strong proposition and team that is experiencing more enquiries than it can cope with. Based in birmingham.
With a steady flow of inbound leads that are being converted daily into sales, new marketing initiatives have been put on hold until new sales executives have been hired.
The company has a great culture and has set its sights on major growth.
Role Overview
*Sales executive to join our Birmingham sales team
*Selling a tech platform to property and land owners
*Selling UK property pre and post auction
*Hitting and exceeding sales targets & KPIs
*Managing relationships
Candidate Requirements
* Ideally the sales executive will have previous experience in real estate property valuation or sales negotiation, with auction knowledge and a proven track record of hitting targets, although all sales people that can prove success will be considered.
* We would also encourage any sales people from property or B2B backgrounds who have proven success hitting sales targets. This would include Estate Agents, recruitment Consultants and gym sales peoplewho have demonstrably hit targets and are looking to take their career forward.
* Honesty and integrity are essential, as is strong customer service skills.
* A keen interest in tech,property and want to be part of a growing startup.
