I am currently recruiting for this new exciting poisition for my Client based in Ulverston. They are seeking a Customer Support - Retail Consultant & System Trainer

Role Overview We’re looking for a skilled POS System Trainer to join our Customer Support team. This role involves delivering training to customers both remotely and on-site, supporting their use of our solutions to optimize retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
*Training: Provide training on our POS system to help customers maximize its benefits.
*Support: Resolve advanced customer issues with a focus on excellent service.
*Consulting: Advise customers on best practices for retail optimization.
*Documentation: Develop and update training guides and support materials.
Requirements
*Experience: 3+ years in retail consulting, training, or related field.
*Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT and cloud-based solutions.
*Retail Insight: Knowledge of retail challenges, especially in outdoor and cycling.
*Travel: Willing to travel within the UK and internationally.
*Communication: Clear and effective communicator.
