London office (3 days a week in office)

Role overview:

The Reward Analyst will support the Head of Reward in the design and operational implementation of remuneration policies, benefits and recognition practices.

Key responsibilities
*Supporting the year-end performance, salary and bonus review process through
*Leading the annual market benchmarking process with HR BPs and people leaders
*Planning and configuration of pay frameworks within HRIS (Workday)
*Supporting configuration of manager self-service reward technology
*Supporting the reward processes aligned to M&A
*Administration of share schemes (incentive shares and SAYE) via third party administers technology portals
