Job Summary:
Our Client islooking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their team in Keighley. As a Finance Administrator, you will play an essential role in managing financial processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting the overall smooth operation for their company.

Key Responsibilities of Finance Administrator:

*Analyse data and upload courier recharges
*Set up and maintain customer files and accounts
*Perform credit control duties
*Reconcile supplier statements
*Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner
*Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
*Oversee office management tasks, including ordering for office and customers
*Collaborate with team members to ensure financial compliance
*Assist with other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years of experience in finance administration or a related field
*Proficiency in Excel (Essential)
*Familiarity with Mintsoft software and tools (Preferred)
*Experience with ticketing systems (Preferred)
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills (Essential)
*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities (Essential)
