Job Description:
International & UK Customer Service Advisor We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Advisor to join my clients dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality post-sales support to both internal and external customers across the UK and European markets. Day-to-day of the role: *Log all customer telephone and email queries.
*Update our ERP System with concise notes and actions.
*Process and action replacement orders.
*Arrange the return of incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.
*Apply coding lines to each incident.
*Assist in tracking orders with logistic partners.
*Work towards the reduction of open incidents.
*Process email queries from internal and external customers.
*Communicate professionally and efficiently with customers at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Multilingual – French (essential) & Spanish (desirable).
*Educated to GCSE Level – English and Maths at Grade C or above.
*3+ years of customer service experience.
*Knowledge of Export Rules and Regulations is desirable.
*Proven track record of successfully resolving customer queries in a B2B environment.
*Experience in a similar industry or distribution background preferred.
*Familiarity with order and sales processes.
*Proficient in customer service best practices and basic negotiation techniques.
*IT literate with proficient touch typing or keyboard skills.
