Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:
*Provide consistent and empathetic support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
*Collaborate with teachers to plan, evaluate, and adjust lesson plans and interventions to meet individual learning goals.
*Assist in creating a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
Requirements:
*Recent and relevant experience working with children and young people, ideally in an educational setting.
*A strong passion for education and a commitment to making a difference.
*Good numeracy and literacy skills.
*The ability to work effectively under the guidance and direction of a classroom teacher.
