The Role:
As a key member of this busy Residential Conveyancing team, you’ll handle a diverse caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions. They are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented conveyancer who can navigate a broad range of residential matters.
What We’re Looking For:
*Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
*Confidence in managing a mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases with minimal supervision
*Strong client care skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*High attention to detail and organisational strength
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively
*Commitment to professionalism and client confidentiality
