We are seeking a disputes associate who is experienced in both arbitration (investment & commercial) and litigation. The successful candidate will be working at a top tier firm currently with UK post qualification experience in the London market (or experience in a similar common law jurisdiction).

Description
*Handle complex arbitration cases.
*International litigation.
*Work closely with the legal team to develop case strategies.
*Conduct detailed legal research.
*Prepare and draft legal documents.
*Manage relationships with clients and opposing counsel.
*Support the team in business development activities.
*Maintain client confidentiality.
*Stay updated on changes in arbitration and business law.
Profile
A successful Arbitration Associate should have:
*A degree in Law from a reputable institution.
*Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Common Law Jurisdiction.
*Proven experience in business arbitration.
*Strong research and drafting skills.
*Excellent negotiation skills.
*Ability to work well in a team.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
