Job Description:
Internal Account Support *Location: Office-based
*Hours: 40 hours per week (8am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch)
*Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a proactive Internal Account Support professional to join our client. This role involves working closely with customers and potential customers to provide first-class service. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, manage customer accounts, and process orders efficiently. This position does not require travel except for occasional companywide events.
Day-to-day of the role: *Frontline Customer Support: Handle phone calls professionally, manage customer queries, and stay updated with cruise ship movements to offer timely resolutions.
*Customer Order Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, manage delivery issues, and maintain communication with customers regarding order status.
*Stock and Transport Coordination: Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely availability of goods and manage transport bookings to logistical locations.
*Administrative Tasks: Perform daily reporting, handle complaints, and support inter-departmental queries and requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Experience: Proven track record in a similar customer service or account management role.
*Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other data management software.
*Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Must be adaptable, culturally sensitive, proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented.
*Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the cruise industry’s dynamics and customer base is highly beneficial.
