Office Administrator
Billingshurst
£25,000

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our well established and bespoke development client. The role be based in Billingshurst and comes with a salary of £25,000.

Responsibilities for Office Administrator

*Obtaining quotes, negotiating, and buying materials for projects.
*Responsibility for all factory vehicles, plant and equipment – including maintenance contracts, insurance and repairs
*Providing administrative assistance to the Factory Manager
*Communicating with suppliers and trades personnel
*Maintaining effective stock control systems and undertaking regular stock takes
*Responsibility for health and safety at the factory
*Preparing all relevant paperwork/documentation for Trade audits
*Monitoring holiday and sickness

Requirements for Office Administrator

*Strong organisation and administration experience
*High attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills
*Flexible and able to adapt to change
*Experience of the construction industry – ideal but not essential
*Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
*Able to manage workload proficiently
