You will be a key player in our social media team, supporting our Social Media Specialist in managing and enhancing our company’s presence across various platforms. You will be involved in everything from creating engaging content to monitoring our social channels and analysing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting in the planning, delivery and documentation of monthly social content calendars
*Creating or commissioning engaging content for the company social media platforms
*Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts
*Maintaining the relevant in-house DAM platform, storing and labelling imagery and video as appropriate
*Conducting competitor research, market research, and audience identification, and identifying emerging trends
*Assisting in collecting data and reporting on social media performance, including engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness

The Person
*Undergraduate university degree in Social Media, Marketing, Communications or other relevant area.
*1-2 years of experience in related Social Media roles (agency or in-house preferred).
*Extensive experience in working with Facebook and Instagram.
*Great networking skills to form relationships with influencers and other key players.
*Service oriented
*Advanced knowledge of social media and the latest trends and technologies
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
*Native level English reading and writing
*Good eye for detail
*Be able to multitask
