The Job:
On behalf of our client we are seeking an Administrator which will sit within their Real Estate Team, based in central Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start your legal career ad this is a growing team. The Real Estate team provides all services associated with the Land Registry, searches through Searchflow and other providers, SDLT returns, reports on title and other aspects of property work.
Responsibilities within this role will include:
*To provide administrative support such as collating bundles of documents, uploading information onto extranets etc.
*To liaise with others departments and colleagues on a regular basis in order to actively progress matters.
*To provide an excellent service
*To maintain and improve relations with colleagues and third party providers.
*To work with the Team Leader and other team members in the achievement of company objectives.
The Person:
For this role, our client is looking for someone who has gained a little administration experience already.
As well as:
*Ability to deal with high volume workload
*High standards of client service essential
*Excellent communication skill
*Good IT skills

The Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
The Location:
Central Bristol, no car parking (office based)
