Are you an organised, detail-oriented administrator with a passion for customer service?

Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently manage and schedule jobs, coordinating with our engineering team for prompt service delivery
* Handle the main reception line, providing excellent customer support and handling inquiries with professionalism
* Coordinate engineer schedules, ensuring maximum productivity and timely responses
* Manage the company mailbox with precision, ensuring all communications are timely and professional
* general administration duties, filing, photocopying

About You:
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks
* Highly organised, able to manage a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach
* Prior experience in scheduling, booking jobs, or administrative support is highly desirable
