Job Description:
I am recruiting for a Finance Operations Manager role to lead the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams at a leading property company, known for it’s positive culture and dedication to prioritising career development.
Salary: £70,000 to £75,000
Hybrid: 3 days in 2 from home
Location: City of London
What can you expect?
*End-to-end AR/AP Management.
*Lead and develop a team of 12, fostering a collaborative culture focused on excellence, continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder relationships.
*Reporting on targets, SLAs, and KPIs.
*Identify challenges within AR/AP by conducting root cause analysis, identifying process areas for process optimisation.
Accounts Receivable
*Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
*Develop strategies to improve collection rates and reduce receivables.
*Monitor ageing reports and resolve outstanding issues with internal teams.
Accounts Payable
*Oversee accurate invoice processing and payments.
*Resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor relations, ensure compliance, and manage cash operations.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for expenditure approvals.
What will you bring?
*5 to 7 years in a Financial Operations/ Transactional Manager role.
*Supervisory experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
*Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; Yardi experience (desired).
*Background in Property/Real Estate.
*Skilled in system implementations and upgrades.
*Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
*Strong, effective communicator with confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
*Exceptional organisational skills.
