Job Description:
We are delighted to be partnering with Bauder, an Investors in People Platinum accredited business as they continue to expand. This is a newly created Resourcing Manager role in their dynamic HR team.
Bauder is a leading international manufacturer of building construction materials who provide clients with a complete technical roofing solution and package from inception to completion, to meet their every requirement.
Bauder is a values lead organisation, with an award winning culture, who are investing heavily in their future, both from an infrastructure perspective and their people. The recruitment of this position will play a pivotal part of that investment and growth.
Working alongside the HR Director, and will be primarily tasked with promoting external and internal talent pipeline, succession planning and delivering best in class recruitment strategy.
This role ideally suits someone who has a generalist HR background with a strong track record in talent and recruitment. Candidates ideally should have previous internal talent management experience and knowledge of working in a commercial HR team.
Areas of responsibility include:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Talent management and succession planning
- Attraction and retention
- Continuous improvement and projects
- Supporting the L&D function
Alongside the proven experience within a resourcing role, candidates should have exceptional communication skills, previous experience of using an ATS, the ability to interpret HR data and be able to work under pressure.
