This role is integral to driving the people agenda, partnering with senior leaders, and delivering HR solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
*Employee Relations: Lead on complex employee relations cases, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolutions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
*Talent Acquisition & Retention: Drive recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support employee retention initiatives. Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview processes, and onboarding plans.
*Learning & Development: Identify training needs and create development programs that enhance employee skills and support career progression. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
*Change Management: Support the business through periods of change, including restructures, mergers, and cultural transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
*HR Policy & Compliance: Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation. Ensure all HR practices are compliant with employment laws and regulations.
*Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
*HR Data & Analytics: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, drive data-driven decision-making, and provide insights to senior leadership on key workforce issues.
*Performance Management: Lead the performance review process, coaching managers on effective feedback and development plans to enhance team performance.
*Compensation & Benefits: Assist with compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role within a corporate setting.
*Strong understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices, with experience handling complex employee relations cases.
*Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
*Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
*Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
*Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
*CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7) or equivalent is highly desirable.
*Experience in a professional services, financial services, or fast-growing company is a plus.
