Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant - Southwark - Permanent Position - ASAP Start!
Are you a driven and passionate Russell Group graduate looking to kickstart your career in education?

This excellent school is seeking a dedicated Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant to join this secondary schools dedicated faculty in Southwark!
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist classroom teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Support students with special educational needs or additional learning requirements.
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
Requirements:
* A minimum of a 2:1 degree in a core subject from a Russell Group university.
* Maths, English, Science, Psychology, Geography or History degree preferred.
* Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
