£25k basic salary (OTE - £37k+)

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Our client, an Asset Finance Brokerage, is committed to making finance simple, accessible, and above all, human. They are seeking a motivated individual to join their team and help their advisors discover new leads across a range of asset and money products. In this role, you’ll be the vital link that connects their financial solutions to the clients who need them most.

The Role:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for engaging with new customers and driving business growth. The successful candidate will source and qualify new leads, then pass them on to an experienced Advisor who will close the deal. With plenty of data available, the Business Development Executive will have ample opportunities to identify and pursue potential clients.

Finding Leads: You’ll search for potential clients who could benefit from the finance products, providing the Advisor’s with strong prospects.

Creating Connections: It’s not just about numbers; it’s about making meaningful connections that the Advisor’s can develop further.

Staying Informed: You’ll keep an eye on market trends and opportunities, ensuring that you are always where you need to be at the right time.

The Business Development Executive will receive comprehensive training, support, and resources to ensure success in this role. Our client is committed to internal career growth, offering a clear path for advancement. There’s a fantastic opportunity to progress into a Finance Advisor position within 18 months

What We’re Looking For:

Sales Experience in Financial Services: While experience in financial services is preferred, it’s not a requirement.

Passion for Growth: If you’re enthusiastic about turning your efforts into tangible results, you’ll thrive here.

B2C or B2B Sales Experience: Experience in either business-to-consumer or business-to-business sales is valuable.

Long-Term Career Focus: We’re looking for candidates who are committed to a long-term career, not just a job.

Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to convey your ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
