The Company
KSEYE Group is an established bridging finance company specialising within the bridging and short-term lending markets. The company is experiencing an exciting growth period and is now keen to welcome an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join the expanding Sales team.
Responsibilities
*Identify new and develop existing relationships with property investors and property developers throughout the UK. Ensuring the aforementioned contacts are communicated with [called or met] regularly.
*Continuously developing new business, identifying, and optimising funding opportunities through an established database of Property investors.
*Regularly attend field-based meetings with current and prospective clients, ensuring any actions or deals are followed up.
*Actively manage pipeline deals, ensuring momentum is maintained by effective communication to all associated parties.
*Managing both internal and external relationships always ensuring exceptional customer service.
*Ensure administrative and compliance duties are upheld, including updating the internal CRM system, HubSpot.
*Working with Sales Team to convert new leads into sales and identifying additional opportunities.
*Developing own knowledge, to demonstrate complete understanding of the company products, market trends and competitor analysis. Regularly presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders.
*Communicating new product developments to new, existing and prospective clients.
*Work alongside internal underwriting teams to assist in delivering business terms, where appropriate, to assist in winning business.
*Continuously networking and attending client events such as auctions and property network clubs to; build relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and how to deliver on complex financial solutions.
Education & Experience
*Previous experience working with direct clients
*Excellent networking skills, with a can do attitude to attending client events
*Motivated and success orientated individual, who bring expertise and a desire to help build a market leading business.
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Excellent understanding of the property and lending markets.
*A flexible approach to working.
*Target and success driven.
*A very strong work ethic and a focus on delivery.
*A full clean driving license.
