Job Description:
My client is looking to add an enthusiastic HR Officer to their team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide proactive support on various HR matters, contributing to the smooth operation and commercial success of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to support key areas including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide support on recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
*Support resource management with a commercial focus to help achieve business goals
*Assist in training, development, and employee recognition initiatives
*Handle employee relations matters such as performance management, absence management, and grievances
*Help update and maintain HR policies
*Offer flexible support to the HR/Personnel team and manage projects as needed

About You
To be successful, you will have:
*Experience working within a commercial HR Officer function
*A recognised HR qualification (or equivalent experience)
*Strong attention to detail and communication skills
*The ability to manage a varied workload and work both independently and as part of a team
*A positive, pragmatic, and professional approach to HR challenge

Benefits:
*Negotiable salary around £30,000 - £35,000
