Job Description:
Join a leading distributor of textiles as a Customer Service superstar in Fareham!
This role involves managing the entire process, from handling customer enquiries to processing orders, advising on textile options and offering alternatives when needed.
You’ll liaise with the warehouse, procurement team, and couriers to ensure smooth order fulfillment, keeping clients updated throughout.
Key Responsibilities in Customer Service:
*Handle enquiries, process orders, and offer fabric/textile alternatives if stock is unavailable.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any issues quickly.
*Liaise with warehouse, procurement, and couriers to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
*Confidently manage customer communications via phone in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements for Customer Service:
*Must have reliable transport to get to office.
*Comfortable and confident speaking with clients on the phone.
*Able to manage a fast-paced workload with a good sense of humour.
*Ability to retain and process large amounts of information.
