Job Description:
Our client, a leading maintenance and passive fire protection company, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join their team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth coordination of works and contractors, as well as maintaining project timelines and budgets. If you have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience in coordinating resources and projects, this could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate and schedule works, including managing contractors and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
*Monitor project timelines, ensuring all tasks and milestones are completed on schedule.
*Track project costs and budgets, providing updates and reports as needed.
*Ensure all project deliverables are met, from inception to completion.
*Prepare and submit invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing.
*Coordinate labour, materials, and other resources to meet project needs.
*Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure effective communication and project progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
*Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a construction, maintenance, or fire protection environment.
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with project management software is desirable.
