Residential Support Worker *Location: Wokingham
*Job Type: Full-time, No weekends
*Hours: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
*Competitive daily salary

Day-to-day of the role: *Provide day-to-day support and care to young residents.
*Assist with daily activities and promote independence.
*Create a positive and nurturing environment.
*Support the emotional and social development of young people.
*Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a residential setting.
*A caring and empathetic approach.
