About the Role: 
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of multiple joinery and interior projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve the highest standards. This position requires hands-on experience in the construction or joinery sector, alongside strong organizational skills to manage resources, schedules, and project budgets effectively. You?ll be the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, driving project success with a focus on quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinating teams and resources to meet timelines and quality standards.
*Serve as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and a high level of client satisfaction throughout each project.
*Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, adjusting as necessary to keep projects on track.
*Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.
*Lead project meetings, including progress reviews and problem-solving sessions, with internal and external stakeholders.
*Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and timelines for senior management and clients.
*Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, coordinating deliveries to align with project schedules.
*Identify potential project risks early and implement strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns.
*Foster a culture of quality and accountability, ensuring all work meets the company?s standards and client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
*Proven experience in project management within joinery.
*Strong understanding of joinery processes, interiors, and commercial project requirements.
*Proficiency in project management software (such as MS Project or similar tools).
*Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build client relationships and guide project teams.
*Strong problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure.
*Detail-oriented, with a commitment to upholding high standards of quality.
