*Handle and resolve customer service queries

*Ensure all customer service standards are upheld
*Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service
*Provide feedback on customer service issues and trends
Profile
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
*Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call handling role
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
*Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
*Ability to work well in a team and independently
*Can commit to a 2 month temporary role
