PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR HOD - Private Medical, Bonus, WFH
HEAD OF PRIVATE CLIENT
BUCKINGHAMSHIRE
£60K - £80K
QED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly reputable law firm in Buckinghamshire.
You will be given the opportunity to work for and manage a tight knit team within a small private client department. The successful candidate will join this law firm and working on a varied caseload which lends to families locally!
The ideal candidate must:
*Have 5 - 10 years post-qualifying, in relevant area of practise
*Be experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.
*Desirable qualities: A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal#
*Managerial / HOD experience
Personal attributes:
*A client-centered focus and proactively maximising client relationships
*A can-do, motivated & positive attitude
*Excellent communicator both written & oral
