Responsibilities:
*Provide 1-2-1 support to students with diverse needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioral challenges.
*Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
*Collaborate with the staffing team within the school to ensure that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
*Experience working with children, young people, or adults with special educational needs.
*Compassionate and patient character.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Flexibility and adaptability.
*Driving license preferred but not required if you have adequate travel arrangements.
