Sales Support Assistant *Annual Salary: £25,000 - £32,000
*Location: West Horsley (Free Parking)

*Help prepare sales materials, product information, and promotional offers to enhance customer engagement.
*Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure stock is managed efficiently and deliveries are executed on time.
*Handle payments and oversee the order tracking process to ensure a seamless sales experience from start to finish.
*Contribute to the management and updating of product listings on the company website and sales catalogue.
*Support in generating reports and analysing sales data to help drive business decisions.
*Represent the company at trade shows and events, promoting our exciting range of products.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
*Strong communication skills, capable of effectively sharing information and ideas.
*A proactive problem-solver who can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Experience in customer service or a support role is beneficial, particularly within a retail setting.
*Familiarity with Microsoft Office and any CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
*A collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently.
