Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of a CNC Milling Operator include:
*Using measuring equipment for quality control checks.
*Writing and editing CNC programs.
The Person
The key skills and qualities of a CNC Milling Operator include:
*Knowledge of industrial machining techniques.
*Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, and tooling.
*Reliability, precision, and attention to detail.
*Ability to follow instructions.
*Flexible approach to work hours.
*Extensive knowledge of tooling, inspection techniques and machine shop best practice are essential.
*An Engineering background is advantageous 
*Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
*Knowledge of & adherence to relevant health & safety standards
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
*Ability to work effectively under limited supervision
*Honest, reliable, hardworking and trustworthy
*Must be self-motivated and proactive
*A good communicator to ensure jobs are accurate, on time and of high quality
