Warehouse Administrator

About the Company:
As a global leader in logistics and supply chain management within the clothing industry, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team for a temporary maternity cover. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, focusing on accurate documentation, client communication, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & Paperwork:

Prepare, process, and manage records for inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and company standards.
Customer Interaction:

Handle calls and emails from clients, suppliers, and team members, offering excellent service and prompt solutions.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed to maintain strong relationships.
Booking Freight to Ireland:

Coordinate and manage the booking of freight shipments to Ireland (training provided as needed).
Warehouse Management System (WMS):

Utilize the WMS to track, monitor, and update inventory, shipments, and orders.
Keep inventory levels accurate and organized, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
Data Entry & Reporting:

Enter data promptly and accurately into the system, maintaining well-organized records of all warehouse activities.
Generate and share reports related to inventory, shipment status, and operations with relevant stakeholders.
Quality Control:

Support quality control checks, reporting discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.
Help uphold company standards and address any product-related concerns.
Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications:

Experience in warehouse administration or a related field is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
Knowledge of the clothing industry and logistics is a plus.
Working Hours & Compensation:

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Pay rate: £13.75 per hour
