The Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:
*Overseeing medium to large projects across the Public Sector and Education sector.
*Managing all project stages from inception to completion, ensuring budget adherence.
*Collaborating closely with senior staff, contributing to the growth and development of the department.
*Progressing towards managing a team as the department expands.
The Construction Project Manager
*MRICS, CIOB, or APM qualifications (or actively working towards them).
*A BSc/MSc degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Building Surveying.
*Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Building Surveyor.
*Experience in a Construction Consultancy, particularly with Public Sector projects.
*A full driver’s license.
