The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will focus on:
*Leading Commercial Property projects, particularly in fit-out and mid-sized projects up to £15m.
*Creating and maintaining a cooperative and open work environment, essential for project success.
*Working with clients, team members, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
*Being part of a prestigious team, managing stimulating and customized projects in London.
The Construction Project Manager
*A BSc/MSc Degree in Project Management or a related field.
*Ideally chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB).
*Proven ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
*A strong background in Construction Consultancy.
*Significant experience in the Commercial Property sector.
*A full driver’s licence.
