RESEARCH MANAGER
UP TO £55,000
LONDON
We are partnering with a fast-growing start-up specializing in social research. This role offers the opportunity to manage a range of social and consumer research projects, leveraging an in-house platform to deliver valuable insights to key clients. You will oversee the research function and take full ownership of projects within the business.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Research Manager, your responsibilities will include:
*Conducting and delivering quantitative research projects.
*Supporting clients in utilizing our research platform.
*Engaging with clients, responding to RFPs, and providing ad-hoc quotes.
*Leading platform demonstrations to drive new business.
*Creating data tables and other customized outputs for clients.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will bring:
*Proven experience in quantitative market research.
*End-to-end knowledge of the research project lifecycle, with a focus on delivering insights.
*Experience with brand tracking, segmentation, ad testing, and brand health studies.
*Skills in survey design and scripting.
*Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
*Experience working on social research projects.
*Experience in data cleaning and producing high-quality outputs, such as cross-tabulations.
*Familiarity with tools like R or Python (preferred).
