Role Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee Account Manager, you will:
*Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment
*Receive a well-rounded training experience, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development
*Build strong relationships with high-level B2B customers over the phone, understanding their technical needs and providing appropriate solutions
*Develop professional customer service skills and learn how to convert leads and develop long-term relationships with key clients
*Work closely with the rest of the motivated and dynamic team and become an integral part of the company’s success

*Starting salary between £27,000 - £29,000
*A significant annual bonus (uncapped)

Requirements
To be successful in this graduate sales role, you should be a recent graduate with:
*Some customer service or teamwork experience
