Role: Compliance Specialist
Salary: Circa £50,000 + Benefits
Location: Basingstoke
Hybrid: 2 Days in Office, 3 days from home
Type: Permanent, Full Time

Our client, a leading Financial Services provider in Basingstoke is currently recruiting for a Compliance Specialist to join them on a full time, permanent contract.
The ideal candidate will have expertise that will directly support high standards and a client-first approach within a supportive, well-being-focused workplace.
About the Role
- Provide essential regulatory guidance and support, driving a culture rooted in Conduct Risk and Customer Outcomes.
- Overseeing the Compliance Mailbox, addressing regulatory inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborating across departments to ensure all activities meet FCA and PRA standards.
- Enhancing Information Security practices by identifying potential risks and developing solutions.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience within a similar vacancy within Financial Services is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective cross-level collaboration.
- Experience in compliance audit or a regulated sales environment.
- Deep familiarity with the UK’s financial regulatory framework.
