Job Description:
We have a brilliant opportunity for an Asset Sales Consultant to join our busy Asset Sales team and will be based at our office in Wembley, London.
This role will have a blend of home and office working as well as visiting the sale units across London and Hertfordshire as well as occasional travel across our South and West regions, so you should have access to transport and be happy to travel.
Your role as Asset Sales Consultant will be required to deliver excellent customer service working with direct customers, internal and external stakeholders which also includes estate agents, voids teams, legal and Strategic Asset Management through numerous communication channels.

The role will include:
*Managing the preparation of properties to market through to completion.
*Assisting with the LPE1 certificate preparation, boundary queries and legal enquiries for open market and auction sale properties.
*Manage necessary property works pre and post-sale agreed
*Building rapport with our internal/external stakeholders as well as customers using open and probing questions.
*Collecting, updating and maintaining data/documents from internal and external stakeholders
*Attending site appointments including void specs and completions
*Contribute to the success of our tenant in situ sale programme.
What we’re looking for:
We are an extremely busy team so property sales experience and an understanding of Section 106, Leasehold, Open Market sales and the conveyancing process are essential experience for this role. You will also
be required to demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills and will thrive from providing an excellent customer service. You’ll need to enjoy working closely within a small team as well as having the confidence to deal with estate agents and direct customers alike.
Must be able to demonstrate strong IT skills, with a willingness to learn new systems.
