* Salary: MPS-UPS (Main Pay Scale - Upper Pay Scale) with TLR
* Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire

Key Requirements:
* Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience and passion for teaching Chemistry.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
* Commitment to high academic standards and continuous professional development.
* Experience or willingness to take on additional responsibilities with a TLR.
