Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MI & Regulatory Reporting Analyst with a solid background in delivering management information (MI) reporting within a regulated environment. Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Reporting, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of MI and regulatory reports, supporting compliance frameworks, and enhancing our data reporting capabilities to align with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*MI Reporting and Analysis: Take the lead in developing, maintaining, and delivering comprehensive MI reports, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely distribution to meet critical business requirements.
*Regulatory Compliance and Frameworks: Support the regulatory and financial reporting frameworks, ensuring they adhere to evolving best practices and regulatory expectations within a regulated business environment.
*Advanced Data Analysis in Excel: Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze, interpret, and present complex datasets in a clear, actionable format, supporting both MI and regulatory reporting needs.
*Regulatory Change Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the regulatory reporting landscape, ensuring that all MI reporting frameworks meet current standards and proactively adjust for upcoming regulatory changes.
*Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate MI insights and complex regulatory requirements to both internal and external stakeholders, adapting data presentation to suit various audiences.
*Document Management and Compliance: Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation, including procedures, interpretation guides, and policies that support our MI and regulatory reporting framework.
*Collaborative Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure consistent understanding of reporting requirements and roles, while also encouraging continuous improvement and alignment with regulatory expectations.
*Customer-Focused Reporting Standards: Demonstrate a commitment to high standards, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations for internal and external customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience in MI reporting within a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
*Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization tools.
*Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure reporting deadlines are met, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Confidence in interpreting and presenting complex data in a clear, engaging manner, tailored to diverse stakeholders.
*Adaptable to assimilate new information quickly, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively in group settings.
*Commitment to high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction, with an enthusiastic attitude toward change and improvement.
