Job Description:
The TA Partner is a vital position within the Human Resources department, responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition for our FMCG industry client. The role requires a collaborative and strategic individual, capable of fostering strong relationships and creating effective talent pipelines.

Description
*Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
*Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and manage talent pipelines.
*Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and objectives.
*Conduct job interviews and organise assessment centres as required.
*Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes.
*Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
*Ensure compliance with all legal and organisational policies related to recruitment.
*Participate in relevant HR projects.
Profile
A successful TA Partner should have:
*Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
*Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
*Proficiency in using HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
*Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
*Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations.
Job Offer
*A competitive yearly salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 GBP, commensurate with experience.
