Job Description:
Along with the expansion of the alternative investment market, FFG has rapidly expanded its team and transaction volumes since its full-scale entry into the fund finance market .
The purpose of our fund finance offering is to provide one-stop comprehensive services with finance solution, such as fund administration, custody and foreign exchange transactions associated with investments.
Due to the expansion of the fund finance business and the preparation/introduction of a new dedicated system for fund finance, FFG is now looking to employ a Loans Administrator.
Purpose
The role emphasises accurate loan processing compliance and developing insightful credit analysis to aid decision-making and support client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Administration
•Process client loan drawdown and repayment requests, verifying requested amounts against borrowing bases.
•Coordinate with team members and Operations to ensure that client requests are handled accurately and professionally.
•Enter fund, facility and asset manager data into fund finance system (launching in 2025). 
 Monitoring
•Conduct basic portfolio monitoring, including checks on investors, covenants, and facility fees, etc. recording results in tracking databases, management sheets or investor listings.  
•Prepare source material for monitoring, error and management reports.
•Monitor for early warning signs of credit issues, or potential defaults, escalating concerns to fund finance management as needed.
•Update the loan monitoring database and liaise with Loan Administrators or clients for drawdown arrangements.
Client onboarding
•Prepare necessary OS documentation to support client onboarding.
Credit administration.
•Prepare inputs for profit reports and support loan drawdown preparation.
Policy development
•Provide feedback to help refine and improve fund finance procedures. 
Required Skills:
•Basic knowledge of fund finance regulations and legal documentation, with the ability to apply this understanding to ensure compliance in all processes.
•Basic understanding of bank policies and procedures, especially as they apply to loan and credit administration.
•Basic proficiency in loan application databases, ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to internal controls.
•Ability to prepare and interpret basic loan and credit documentation, ensuring accurate input into the rating database.
•Ability to accurately complete OS documentation for client onboarding, maintaining high attention to detail.
•Ability to draft clear and concise reports on credit and loan activities as needed.
•General understanding of credit policies to support accurate loan application drafting and effective credit monitoring.
•Good customer service skills with the ability to manage simple requests and draft clear responses, ensuring a positive client experience.
•Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and development, actively sharing insights and seeking guidance to improve skills in loan and credit administration.
