About The Role
Our client is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to provide technical support for healthcare products. You’ll assist customers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, ensuring safe and timely issue resolution.
Duties & Responsibilities
*Deliver technical support for healthcare products through phone, email, and chat channels.
*Guide customers in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
*Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive support experience.
*Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
*Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance product knowledge and refine customer service processes.
Salary & Benefits
*£28,000 per annum.
