Job Description:
An Executive Assistant (EA) is sought for a high-level role within a Law firm, providing comprehensive administrative support to a Global MD. This 12 month FTC is demanding, and an excellent challenge.

Description
*Manage and organise board and committee meetings, including logistics, agendas and minutes.
*Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
*Manage the executive’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments.
*Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
*Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
*Arrange travel and accommodation for executives.
*Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
*Maintain a professional office environment and handle general administrative tasks.
Profile
A successful EA should have:
*An understanding of the Professional Services or Financial Services industry.
*Experience providing support at board level.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
