Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to work in an SEN School in Kidderminster. This school requires this individual to be able to build strong relationships with both students and staff.
The successful candidates will be enthused by making a difference to the lives of young people. If you like a challenege where everyday is different then this may be the perfect role for you. - Previous expereince working with challenging behaviour - desireable School Based.
- A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject
- Experience working with children who have learning difficulties
- Confidence to lead a small intervention group (various core subject lessons)
- Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
