Meraki Talent is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join an innovative, people-focused law firm that values data-driven decision-making as a core part of its success. As a member of the Data & Analytics team, you will play an essential role in transforming raw data into impactful insights, supporting business strategies, and helping teams across the organization make informed, data-led decisions.

They are looking for someone with expertise in BI tools and SQL to create actionable insights, communicate data clearly, and support data-driven decisions across the organization.
  

Responsibilities of the Business Intelligence Analyst
*Collaborate with teams to develop advanced BI solutions that deliver clear, actionable insights.
*Manage and prioritize data analysis requests, ensuring timely and accurate insights that support key decisions.
*Lead user training on analytics tools, empowering teams to make data-driven decisions.
*Work closely with data engineers to improve and scale BI tools in line with business needs.
  
Background of Business Intelligence Analyst

*Expertise with BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) and advanced SQL skills for complex data manipulation.
*Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
*Solutions-focused, proactively improving BI processes to enhance data accessibility and usability across the firm.
