Job Description:
HR Advisor (9 Month FTC)
*Annual Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
*Location: Preston (Hybrid Working)
*Job Type: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
We are seeking a confident and experienced HR professional to join a growing team as an HR Advisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive HR services supporting around 200 employees during an exciting period of growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a variety of HR case work including welfare, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
*Analyse data and report on trends to support managers in decision-making.
*Ensure HR practices align with the company’s values and business objectives.
*Provide support and guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and management.
*Engage in activities that promote staff welfare and organisational culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven HR generalist experience, capable of managing diverse case work.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on trends and metrics.
*Experience in handling welfare, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
*Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification or qualified by experience considered.
Benefits:
*31 days holiday including bank holidays.
*8.30am – 17.00 (early Friday finish).
*Hybrid working 2.5 days.
