Job Description:

They are looking for a bubbly and confident Centre Operations Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver outstanding service experience to all stakeholders.
*Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors at the centre.
*Proactively seek feedback and resolve customer queries at first touch.
*Manage centre standards to the highest level.
*Conduct pre-event inspections of all meeting rooms and show offices.
Health & Safety:
*Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and processes.
*Complete all auditor checks and resolve issues within acceptable time frames.
*Manage the accident book and report all incidents, accidents, and near misses.
*Review and update emergency evacuation procedures.
*Monitor contractors to ensure their working practices align with policies.
Essential Skills and Experience:
*Positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
*Experience in hospitality and handling customer service requests.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
*High attention to detail and a keen interest in delivering great experiences.
